"Is Santa coming?" 9-year-old Lucero Galeana asked earnestly.
Lucero, a third-grader at Harriet Beecher Stowe Elementary School, was expecting to see the big man in the red suit after receiving a coat, crayons and a coloring book from some of his "elves."
