NOAH ADAMS, HOST: This week, talks begin in Switzerland's Alpine region to resolve the so-called "Heidi War." Resorts in two neighboring cantons are locked in a dispute over which has the right to claim Heidi as its own. Both regions were late to appreciate the marketing potential of the heroine of the 1879 novel by Johanna Spyri.

Now, as Claire Doole reports from the Swiss Alps, they're cashing in.
