TRACY -- The Bulldogs are for real.

Even when there's a talent disparity, the West-Tracy high school rivalry usually makes for some pretty good theater.

Considering the teams entered Friday night's season opener at Peter B. Kyne Field both considered playoff contenders, expectations were even a little higher.

And the two local schools, despite five turnovers combined, didn't disappoint.

The Bulldogs ended a five-game losing streak to the Wolf Pack, taking home the Crosstown Cup with a 30-21 victory.
