TRACY -- Apparently, simply winning isn't enough for the Tracy High football team to prove it has turned the corner.

Brian Ramsey and Timmy Celestine each rushed for a pair of touchdowns, and the Bulldogs -- just 1-9 a year ago -- improved to 3- 2 with a 35-7 win over Hiram Johnson of Sacramento at Peter B. Kyne Field on Friday.

It was the Bulldogs' third blowout win in four weeks, and once again the defense set the tone.
