West, St. Mary's in rematch

TRACY -- Both are out for revenge.

St. Mary's wants to avenge a 17-14 Week 10 loss to West that gave the Wolf Pack the first Tri-City Athletic League title.

West wants to avenge last year's 24-10 loss in the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I quarterfinals. The Rams went on to win the section championship.

Both teams get their shot tonight at Tracy High's Peter B. Kyne Field in the section semifinals.

Despite West's regular-season victory and a nine-game winning streak, neither really has an advantage. The Rams controlled the second half of that game, turning a 10-0 deficit into a 14-10 lead. ...
