TRACY -- The Tracy High freshman football team at times moved the ball well Thursday but could not pull the trigger and lost a chance to win the San Joaquin Athletic Association title, losing 20-13 to the Lodi Flames at Peter B. Kyne Field.

Lodi will finish the SJAA campaign undefeated with its season finale against Franklin canceled.

"Mistakes and turnovers cost us," Bulldogs coach Jay Fishburn said. "We moved the ball well at the end of the first half, and then to come up short really hurt."
