Actors are needed to audition for the remaining parts in an open- air production.

Alsager Community Theatre has been invited by The National Trust to perform in the courtyard of the historic manor house, Little Moreton Hall, in Congleton.

July's production is She Stoops To Conquer by Oliver Goldsmith, written in the 18th Century.

The play's director, Austin Stickley, describes it as "a play of brilliantly contrived and exceptionally funny scenes, and one of the glories of the English comic tradition."
