THEATER; `Pinchpenny Phantom' Offers Fast-Paced Fun

The Montgomery Playhouse is offering a treat - a rambunctious, fast-paced production of a David Reiser and Jack Sharkey satire, "The Pinchpenny Phantom of the Opera."

The show is not to be confused with the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical extravaganza scheduled to rattle the chandeliers at the Kennedy Center this month.
