A Second Test.
H.H. awakens the next morning to find Leo in his apartment waiting to
inform him that he is to appear before the High Throne of the League. Stunned,
H.H. realizes that the League still exists and is determined to accept the
judgment of the High Throne on his infidelity, whether it is punishment or
pardon.
As he is led through the streets, H.H. still considers Leo the perfect
