WASHINGTON, Jun 12, 2001 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- If Europe has a wounded heart, western Bohemia fits this description. Once famous for Marienbad and Karlsbad, its glamorous Spas that attracted the likes of Russia's Czar Peter the Great and German Poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, this has been a wasteland since World War II.
