Menelaus' Palace In Sparta (lines 8488-9126):
Helen enters with a chorus led by Panthalis. She tells of her adventures
in Troy and of her return to her homeland. Her husband, Menelaus, is
celebrating the event on the beach with his army.
Comment: After Helen was taken to Troy by Paris, Menelaus and his
brother, Agamemnon, led a Greek expedition to Troy to recover her. After ten
years of fighting, the Greeks got inside the walls of the city by using the
