BOSTON, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- In testimony before the Board of Education today, officials of the Frederick Douglass Charter School (FDCS) are expected to propose a set of conditions to keep the five year old institution open. The conditions for renewal come in response to last week's recommendation from the Commissioner that the Board of Education vote not to renew the charter of FDCS at today's meeting.
