Mayor Robert J. Duffy, City Council President Lois J. Giess, N.Y. State Assemblyman David F. Gantt and N.Y. State Sen. Joseph Robach today joined Frederick Douglass Community Development Corporation Chairman Rev. Errol E. Hunt and Frederick Douglass Resource Center Exec. Dir. Gerard Hunt for the ceremonial groundbreaking of the Frederick Douglass Resource Center.
