Students enrolled in the Institute of Architecture and Planning at Morgan
State University will design redevelopment scenarios for the proposed
Frederick Douglass Memorial and Gardens in Washington, DC.

This announcement was made during a celebration of the passage of the
Frederick Douglass National Memorial Act, at the Georgetown, D.C., mansion
"Evermay," the home of The Potomac Heritage Partnership.
