729th Birthday Celebration.

A Celebration centered around the birth of Dante Alighieri, famous poet of the 13th century in whose honor the Dante Alighieri Society is named, will be sponsored by the Society. The function will include a dinner; dissertation of the poet's works, particularly his masterpiece "The Divine Comedy" and a musicale.

The function will be held on Tuesday, May 24th beginning at 6;30 p.m. at the Society's headquarters building, 562 Summit Ave, Jersey city.

The discourse on the poet's life, times and writings will be by Antonio Ciappina, ...
