When Dante Alighieri (1265-1321) wrote La Divina Commedia (The Divine Comedy), he provided a description of Hell that we still use today. That monumental masterpiece was a combination of three epic poems: 'Inferno,' 'Purgatorio' and 'Paradiso.' In 'Purgatorio,' Dante rated the seven deadly sins in a series of levels between Paradise and Hell. I decided it was time for an update to reflect our computer age.
