Connecticut's Mystic Seaport is the home of two classic ships that are icons of the days of sail: Joseph Conrad and Charles W. Morgan
No doubt most, if not all, the readers of Sea Classics know of Mystic Seaport. Yes, it's a very nice tourist destination of a restored 18th century sea port. But, what about the two main attractions that give the seaport its charm? In my opinion, it's the icons Whaler Charles W. Morgan and the full rigged ship Joseph Conrad.
