THIS YEAR marks the 400th anniversary of "Don Quixote." Far from being a dusty relic, the great knight rides on through the centuries. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra published the first part of "Don Quixote" in 1605. The second part was published 10 years later, and people have been reading ever since, following the knight, his squire, Sancho Panza, and the illustrious lady, Dulcinea of Toboso, who doesn't quite exist.
