EMILY Bronte's Wuthering Heights was brought to life in impressive fashion at Lichfield's Garrick Theatre.

The adaptation of the infamous tale of a destructive love affair on the moors by Ian Dickens Productions Ltd was both powerful and professional.

It thrust the audience immediately into the heart of the evocative plot with Catherine and Heathcliff chasing each other around a fantastic set depicting the grand living room of Wuthering Heights.
