Mr. Linton orders Nelly to take his nephew up to Wuthering Heights early
the next morning, without revealing his whereabouts to Cathy "lest she should
be restless and anxious to visit the Heights." The delicate boy is reluctant
to be gotten up at five A.M., and even more upset at the idea of leaving his
