Waterbury Elementary School kindergarten teacher Cathy Bolger was sick last week. Apparently, she indulged in too many Kit Kats and drank too much Diet Coke at her recent birthday celebration.

Luckily, the Roselle school was able to find a very special substitute - Old Mrs. Rabbit, Peter's mother, from the Beatrix Potter tales.

Bolger's kindergartners took advantage of the situation: They wore dress-up clothes, paraded around school in their finery and visited Mr. McGregor's garden for a tea party.
