As the Lake District welcomes the first visitors for Easter, the National Trust is gearing up to celebrate a very special birthday.

This year marks 100 years of Beatrix Potter at Hill Top Farm at Near Sawrey.

And the anniversary is being celebrated with events with a Beatrix Potter theme ( from Bat Walks to Fungal Forays and landscape talks.
