SPRING BRINGS out the sun, the flowers and little fuzzy animals. You'll find plenty of the latter this weekend at Prince George's Community College in Largo.
That's where the National Ballet Company is staging its version of "Tales of Beatrix Potter," the earnest adventures of forest creatures by the woman who brought Peter Rabbit to life.
