This summer, people will once again follow the yellow brick road to OzFest, Chittenango's annual celebration of L. Frank Baum, creator of the "Wizard of Oz," who was born in Chittenango.

This year's theme is "Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!" and organizers hope to attract at least 20,000 visitors to the festival May 30 to June 4.

Organizers say turnout will largely be determined by the weather. They hope a later than usual start to the celebration may help.
