"Wonderful Wizard of Oz" creator L. Frank Baum left his native Chittenango enough characters to the keep the magic alive for at least another 150 years.
Baum's 150th birthday was the theme of the 28th annual OzFest parade Saturday. As usual, bands, floats, Shriner cars and a few original Munchkins joined dozens of young children dressed as characters from 1939's "The Wizard of Oz" movie.
