Bill blocks some anonymous e-mail, web use
WASHINGTON, May 18, 2001 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- A New York congressman is sponsoring legislation that would force public schools and libraries to block access to anonymous e-mail and Web browsing sites, if the facilities want to continue receiving federal funds for Internet access.
