A helpful hint Web site popped up on the Net recently. It's called caringsuggestions.com. It offers the service of e-mailing an anonymous helpful hint that tips off a co-worker to bad breath or a neighbor to his unkempt yard. Commentator Katherine Mieszkowski thinks the Web site is a perfect vehicle for the cowardly or the vindictive.
