GREENSBORO -- Just two months ago, 12-year-olds Elizabeth and Rebecca Guard knew little about opera.

"You see these cartoons, and they have fat people singing really high and breaking glasses," Elizabeth says.

Elizabeth and Rebecca have changed their tune, thanks to UNCG's efforts to educate potential audiences of all ages before its state premiere of the opera "Little Women."
