The mayor of Cleveland issued the following press release:
When students at Cleveland's Louisa May Alcott Elementary School leave school today, Thursday, April 10 at 3:30 p.m., they will have an unusual homework assignment: to tell their moms and dads to turn off their running cars. Louisa May Alcott participates in the Cleveland Department of Public Health's Safe Routes to School initiative, which promotes safe environments for all children traveling to and from school - including breathing safe, clean air.
