Charles E. Bunch, chairman of the board of the National Paint and Coatings Association, Washington, DC, and chairman and CEO of PPG Industries, Inc., has been named one of the winners of the 2007 Adam Smith Awards. Mr. Bunch received the Business Citizen medal from the Friends of Adam Smith. The awards recognize "one elected official and one business leader whose actions and attitudes exemplify the spirit of free enterprise as espoused by Adam Smith."
