John Laing Homes has promoted Adam Smith to director of land acquisition. He will be responsible for establishing relationships with land sellers, public officials and industry professionals. He has been with the company for two years and formerly served as a land acquisition manager. Building Analysts, the forensic architecture venture of Salerno/Livingston Architects, has named Jon Luft a senior associate. He has 30 years of industry experience and will be involved in the architecture consulting projects as well as the interior design and planning practice.
