MUSIC video channels can amaze you.
There I was watching corporate rubbish when a Brummie called Mr Hudson came on TV singing the line 'Why do I always play the clown, it makes it too easy for them to put you down."
The song distracted my thoughts about offending someone with a daft remark I had made, and then the next line was perfection.
"It's too late, too late, too late, too late to wash my face and hands, why must I always play the clown."
