Nice. 12/10 for Old Crow (I must revisit this band. I put them on the backburner for a while)

I liked it more then I thought I would. I thought it was going to be a ballard a la Sinead O'conner. 8/10

I would enjoy more probably if I were out at a bar but while sitting on my sofa at home on a Saturday afternoon, it is only a 4 (it gets better as the song progresses; didn't care for the opening that much).

Used to love this song while at university

Don't worry. There's nothing there to feel. It's a cynically-designed and mechanically-executed money-making confection devoid of the slightest hint of human involvement. Which, of course, was always Mick Hucknall's dubious genius.

This one, on the other hand, is kinda pedestrian. I hope it's not typical of the album - especially as the album is being pushed so hard. I mean, primetime Saturday night ads on terrestrial TV. Someone has decided this is going to be huge.

Meanwhile, one from the actually-lyrics-matter department....

Oh, I know they've got their problems.
I wish I was one of them.
