My advice would be to have a look at your pictures in 100 by 100 before you decide. They may look very different.

Not necessarily, but I suppose you want something connected to you? Personally, I make it easy by always using a picture of myself, but that's me. Can you tell us a bit more about what you have in mind?

I have found something, which reflects my personality more, yet not completely. I really love cats, especially Russian Blue breed. Though it doesn't express my complete personality.
