Gawd, I've just spent the last 20 mins in the unshakeable belief that Gorganzola was Mexican

Not Mexican? That's a little better, that possibility had been blowing my mind for a while there, too. Actually, I have only tried the Amish Gorganzola--and found it to be fantastic.

    This made me laugh.

I am hoping that Uruguay will actually beat Mexico...

And as much as I would like to see an England win, I cannot put my trust in England 100%.

I was reliably informed as a child that Gorgonzola was Mexican - no wait it was Speedy Gonzales that was always after it it - hence, logical deduction, gorgonzola = Mexican. Infallible? Come to think of it, it now sounds Italian to me. Like Prend I have been sorely confused in my cheese thinking...

    Ok here we go:

    Germany 80 on a win
    USA/Slovenia - 20 on the draw
Algeria/England - 5 on the draw (and a very red face for Wayne " Against Algeria we can not be at our best and win the game" Rooney) On another note I will be watching the england game without commentary after the ridiculously over the top, arrogant analysis ITV provided in the last England game.
There once was a scotsman named Drew
Who put too much wine in his stew
    He felt a bit drunk
    And fell off his bunk
And landed smack into his shoe

You're not wrong - I wish they'd just tell us about the game without the euphoria and the inevitable in game doom and gloom.

    Hey, now!

Just because some foreigners are doing better than you are in the game, there is no need to turn xenophobic.

    Cheese...

Well, I am a little surprised that there is not much support and faith in the English victory that will happen tonight. Algeria are quite, quite awful.
All in please on an English victory Sch, all in please.

I can't believe that Podolski lost that penalty shot What a disappointment
