I stayed up. And feeling it this morning. Tough to watch the game with Russian announcers. They have absolutely no emotion in calling the game. Plus the language makes me miss things. I didn't realize Italy took Buffon out after half time until this morning.Hoping Virgil stayed up to watch it, though!
I thought Italy actually played well, especially in the mid field. They seemed to have the best passing game of anyone I've seen so far. They had trouble pushing it into attack situations, but then Paraguay played very good defense. The rain conditions seemed to help Paraguay too.

I must say Ivory Coast is doing very well even without Drogba. Let's see what Ronaldo does for his team.
