I am going to do a few planks, a few push-ups and some yoga, after I find a way to get off from the computer

Dream, mi amigo, dream. Remember that Argentina, without a single professional player, nearly took the Rugby World Cup, and came within an ace of making the "established" Rugby nations look stupid! Every cloud has a silvery lining, but you, with your wide open spaces, your gazpachos, your legendary history, hold that silver in the palm of your hand. Ride, vanquero, ride!

I rode 2.5 miles on my bike, swam 400m (then the thunder came), I stretched my legs and did my daily squatting. And I've lugged Count of Monte Cristo all over the house with me; at 1250 pages, that's a workout in itself!

I biked 11km to and from the barn- where I proceeded to re-arrange a hayloft, ride a horse and haul around water buckets (and it was my day off!). Repeat six days a week.

I lack eloquence and commitment to my arguments. They are half baked, and I will begin passionately, and then abandon them.

I'm watching TV. I plan to do it again tomorrow, too.

Vegetable juice sounds good, do you prepare it yourself what vegetables you use?

I tried to use my juicer but I hate cleaning it all the time.

I run every other day, giving my legs one day to rest. Distance typically ranges from 3 to 4.5 miles. With the heat of summer coming on, I must either run very early on weekends and late evening on weekdays. Yesterday morning was my run day.
Swimming is perhaps the best exercise one could do, no impact, working all the parts, but it is more inconvenient finding a lap pool, getting there, etc.

I ran around in the woods with a mastiff for a few hours yesterday. Today I'm doing yardwork when it stops raining.

Yes I have a juicer (cleaning it can be a pain) and I prepare it myself I use the following

Beetroot (not to much it is quite strong)
    Spinach
    Carrot
    Celery
    Ginger
Green apples (must be green it activates the enzymes in the vegie's)
    Green capsicum

I really like to taste of this juice and the apples really take the edge off.

Wow I have never tried celery juice, nor spinach, sometimes I drink beetroot and carrot with apple. I wouldn't say that it's my favourite - fruit juice tastes better orange or peach.
