It's amazing how your attitude towards things so greatly affects so many other things

    Being cynical... or being paranoid?

This weekend has been an epic failure in the homework department. Crap.
I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?

The glass is half empty because the other half is full.
For I have known them all already, known them all:
Have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons,
    I have measured out my life with coffee spoons;
I know the voices dying with a dying fall
Beneath the music from a farther room.

    So how should I presume?

    ^Interesting take on the saying

I'm off to go melt away in my own apathy and mourn over lost scraps of leaves.

Monday is the looooooongest day of the week

    pinch me when it's over!!!

"But do you really, seriously, Major Scobie," Dr. Sykes asked, "believe in hell?"
    "Oh, yes, I do."
    "In flames and torment?"
"Perhaps not quite that. They tell us it may be a permanent sense of loss."
"That sort of hell wouldn't worry me," Fellowes said.
"Perhaps you've never lost anything of importance," Scobie said.

    Mary, you're soooo reassuring

Once I reach 22:00:00 Monday I'll be alright...

I like days when i get stuff done
There once was a scotsman named Drew
Who put too much wine in his stew
    He felt a bit drunk
    And fell off his bunk
And landed smack into his shoe
