21? You've got to be at least 30 to even begin having experience and understanding.

It's hopeless anyway...I think they already know....

I was checking the poll out and can't get over that most people here, or at least the ones who have voted in the pole are between 15-19...

I guess considering those statistics, Max...you are old too!

Did anyone else have to look at their drivers license to figure out how old they are?

You know I keep screwing up. At some point in the middle of the year I project to the next one. I remember last year on my birthday I swore I was a year older than I was. I had projected the year ahead and then forgot I was projecting, so when my birthday came around I added another year to the projected age. I think I was arguing with Scher here as to what my age was. She knew my real age better than I did. But I was so happy when I found out I was a year younger than I had thought.

I admit I aspire to be referred to as "dad", but not "grandpa", okay? ... Not yet! ... I'll tell you when! ...

Mayhap it would be safer to stop projecting your age and hire Scher to do it for you

Ok kiddo, I won't call you either until the time comes...wouldn't want to rush you any. To me you are in your prime right now. I wish I could be your age again. I loved my 30's.

Virgil, I used to do that all the time with my mother and this year I am the opposite. She informed me the other day she is 87, not 86! hahah...cheerup, I am not really 100% sure if today is my son's birthday or tomorrow. My mother said it's tomorrow. He's down the shore on vacation so I am safe till he gets home. Then we can celebrate it with him. Hahah....now I do know this year he is turning 37...haha. My age I can't forget unfortunately...soon to get to that terrible birthday - impossible! I'm still a youngster, or so I act it!

I broke my glasses and tonight I am the blind grandma. I just finally located my old old ones - two generations back. Not sure I can wear them, because right eye is awfully blurry; was hoping I would just adjust after a time...dont' worry, don't need them for computer or reading. I guess my prescription did change.
In frantically searching through countless drawers in my bedroom, I came across all of these: about 4 dozen very attractive scarves (hey, they are back in style! Yeah!), about 20 vintage pairs of gloves - very cool looking - even have rhinestone ones and black jet (are these stylish to wear?): approximately 15 pair of either leather or suede or knit winter gloves....now those I never wear - I always forget to take them with me and I hate the feel of gloves even in the winter; two very nice wool ski hats about 10 yrs old, and would you believe this - two pair of wool socks from 1968! They were my ice-skating socks...oh lordy; I do need to donate some of this junk!!! How we do accumulate.

    Growing old stinks.

Boy you are more of a pack rat than me. Rhinstone gloves??? Were you auditioning for a country western band back in the 70's?

hha...that's a good one...Yeah...Rhinstone Cowboy! ....they are actually white cotton and rather chic. I also have a pair of black with jet beading - think those are really antiques. I did used to sell these vintage gloves in the antique store; but then I brought all this stuff home and that is why I'm overcrowded; not to mention all the videos and books I have accumulated in the past few years. It's pretty bad!...definitly I am in the pack rat category or heading for it.
