Before I cast my vote and then won't be able to participate...For how long will we be reading the winner ? Only on Paddy's Day or would it also be okay if I joined some days afterwards ?

I had a similar thought Schoky. I'm not participating in this month's book forum, so I am somewhat free. There are a couple of books here that I would want to read, but if they don't win I may not want to read the others.

There is no deadline for reading the books/taking part in the discussions. Like other threads in the Book Club, the thread will remain open indefinetely. You can read and post any time you choose.

Although I voted for Barbara, I wouldn't (re)reading any of the books listed (apart from Dorian - read it enough times, I believe).

I would love to try something by George Bernard Shaw again. I loved Pygmalion, and thank goodness Major Barbara is available online!

I'm not going to vote, but if Major Barbara is selected I will probably join in. It is a fine play.
