A little ice cream if he was Lactose intolerance wouldnt have killed him , belive me, well unless he died of dehydrahions as a result of the result of having too much dairy.. but he have to eat more that a litre of icecream....or have had milk and cheese anyway to get that bad.

Is the senario such that you were invited to stop (at a soda fountain, let's say) for ice cream, and you said that you had to be rushing along for some reason, and the soon to be deceased carried on on his way to an accident (let's say he found himself in the path of moving vehicle) that was timed so that had he been at the particular spot where he died slightly later than he was (say, with the lateness that would have been caused by the time taken to eat ice cream) he would have escaped his fate?

If any of this is correct, would it be more correct to remove the parenthetical bits?
