A little ice cream if he was Lactose intolerance wouldnt have killed him , belive me, well unless he died of dehydrahions as a result of the result of having too much dairy.. but he have to eat more that a litre of icecream....or have had milk and cheese anyway to get that bad.

    Did hed die immediatly?
or was it a reult of a result?

    Did he go to hospital?

Was his death of narural causes?

    Was it violent?

Is the person who offered you the ice cream relevant for the story?
If you didn't find out about the death in the media and nobody told you, did you find the dead guy?

    Did you love the DP?
Did the death occur during the day?
    At night?
Were other people around during it?
    Were they other relatives?
    Friends?
    Strangers?
    Murderers?
I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book! When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.

    was he a nieghbor?

did the icecream directly lead to his death..ex. slipping...eating....choking..etc...?
if you had had the icecream would you have been in the same room as him at the time of death?
does the icecream have anything to do with his death..in that a series of events occurred that led to his inevitable death...which possibly could have been avoided by eating the icecream?

Is the senario such that you were invited to stop (at a soda fountain, let's say) for ice cream, and you said that you had to be rushing along for some reason, and the soon to be deceased carried on on his way to an accident (let's say he found himself in the path of moving vehicle) that was timed so that had he been at the particular spot where he died slightly later than he was (say, with the lateness that would have been caused by the time taken to eat ice cream) he would have escaped his fate?

    Is any of this correct?

If any of this is correct, would it be more correct to remove the parenthetical bits?

Are any of the parenthetical points accurate?

once again I know some of these were asked but for my clarity....

    was he:

    your dad?
    your brother?
    ...Uncle?
    ...cousin?
    ...Nephew?

was it during a family event....such as a holiday?
was anyone in the room with him when he died?
did he die in what would have been your house at the time?
.................his own house where you were visiting?
................. in a different relatives house...not yours or his?

    was his death accidental?
    ...... he killed?
    did he commit suicide?

    .................................................. ..........

were you in the room with him when he died?
if you had eaten the icecream would you have been in the room with him when he died?

Did the guy fall on a knife?
Hit his head? (running out of ideas for accidental deaths )
OH, did something fall on top of him?
Did the floor gave way under him?
Did he die inside or outside?
    Is where he died relevant?
If you have had the ice cream, would the dead guy have joined you?
Would you ask him to have some with you?
Was it long after you declined the ice cream that the guy died? (let's say long means 30 minutes and longer)

    In short:

    Ice cream:

    - Flavour is irrelevant.

    - Not poisoned.

    - Did not cause the death directly.

    Me:

    - Did not kill or got killed by anyone.

    - Was offered the ice cream (not by the DP)

    - Did not know the result of my refusal to eat the ice cream at the time.

    - I was not accused of murder.

    - I did not gain anything out of DP's demise.

    - I did not find the DP.

    DP:

    - Died as a result of an accident.

    - Is a he.

    - Did not commit suicide.

    - Was in one piece when found.

    - Did not eat the ice cream.

    - Died at home.

    - Died 20 years ago.

    - His age might be relevant.

    - Was not alone at home.

    - Was not married nor had he have children.

    - Was younger than 40 at the time of his death.

    - Died during the day.

    - Was my brother.

Was your brother a small child?
    Under 5 years?
Did the house have multiple stories?
Did he fall out of a window?
Did he have any health conditions that are revelent?
A bit that I wrote: Vanilla Ice Cream. Comments and critique welcomed! :-)

    just to make sure...
are you and the DP both human
    are you blood brothers?
    was the brother under 10? 20? 30? 40?
    Is the brothers age relavant?
If you had taken the ice cream, would you have been in a different place?
had as in eaten or had as just in my possesion?
if you had taken the ice cream, would your brother still be alive?
did a person cause the accidental death?
    Is any of this relavent?

Not sure if this is relevant.
Surely since he would have been alive.

Is it relevant who offered you the ice cream?
    Was it a relative?
    A friend of yours?
    A friend of you brother?
    An enemy?
Were you older than your brother?
    More than, say, four years?
Were you younger than your brother?
    More, than, say, four years?
Were you an adult when the offering of ice-cream was done?
    A teenager?
    A tween?
Is the brothers age relative only because it says that he was a child or is there any important information concealed because we don't know his exact years?
Did your brother die because of your carelessness?
Did you leave home when you were supposed to look after your brother?
    And then he died?
And if you had eaten the ice cream, you would have stayed at home for a longer time and therefore could have prevented the accident?
If you believe even a half of this post, you are severely mistaken.
