Also, doesn't Paul Bank's voice remind you a little of Ian Curtis? (Joy Division.)

I think a lot of Interpol reminds me of Joy Division
I think it's safe to say that Interpol should prolly pay JoyDIv some royalties..
hehe not really but yeah I'm sure that with out JoyDiv there wouldn't be any Interpol, Editors, or Stellastarr*.
I, personally, like them all!

Less Interpol discussion, more pics! :D

Okay, okay, if we include those kind of crushes, too, I always had a bit of a thing for Jane Lane from Daria. I love that sarcastic, cynical wit of hers:

mono, she's fabulous, I don't blame you. ;)
Brian is just as real as any other celebrity. I fall asleep thinking of my cartoon dog. :p it's the sarcastic witticisms, along with the wisdom, the jazz, the incomplete novel, the soulful island that is Brian, he gets to me. Sigh. :D

I love that dog, but if we are allowed cartoons, can I have Garfield too please? He's surely a precursor of Brian, in the sense that the-animal-is- smarter-than-the-human kind of way. He's so laid-back and laconic, with a piercing cynicism if I remember correctly. I think he's lazier than Brian though, it's been some time since I've seen him.
I thought these barbs from him, as shown on Wiki were very funny.
Family
Over the course of the strip, Gafield has shared information on members of his family:
Uncle Arno — Known for saying, "Life is like a festival; you have to get out there and enjoy it." He was run over by a parade.[15]
Uncle Barney — Once went to the vet and came back as Garfield's Aunt Bernice.[16]
Uncle Berle — Described as crazy and thought he was a dog. He always chased himself up trees and was constantly exhausted as a result.[17]
Uncle Bernie — Coined the phrases, "Never listen for a train by putting your ear on a train track," and "Curiosity killed the cat," in that order.[18]
Uncle Bob — Used to say, "Slow down, take it easy," before being hit by a bus.[19]
Uncle Ed — Described as crazy, he liked to sniff waffle irons, and his face was used for tic-tac-toe games.[20] He also always said, "Never belch out loud," and blew out an eyeball one day.[21] However, this may be a different Uncle Ed.
Aunt Edna — Used to say, "Let a smile be your umbrella," until her dentures were blown clean through the garage door by a bolt of lightning.[22] She also married a hyena.[23]
Aunt Evelyn — Plucked all her hair from her body to stop shedding. She currently resides in L.A., with a family that thinks she is a chihuahua.[24]
Uncle Harry — He lived in a gas plant in Gas City, Indiana. He was a famous mouser, eventually chasing a mouse into Tank #2. He is now a paperweight in Bayonne, New Jersey.[25]
Uncle Hubert — Once caught a 30-pound canary in Chicago, and was last spotted over Dallas, Texas. For this reason, Garfield does not chase birds.[26]
Uncle Leo — Always had a smile until an incident with denture weevils.[27]
Uncle Morty — Was killed by his gluttony, after trying to take a papaya from a silverback gorilla.[28]
Uncle Nick — Loved to destroy things and used to eat chickens whole. There are two conflicting statements to his current status, however. In one strip, it is said that he tried to swallow an ostrich after he mistook it for a chicken, with his last words being, "That's the biggest chicken I ever saw."[29] In another, it is stated that he is presently a postal employee in Chicago.[30]
Uncle Patrick — Famous for the quote, "I regret that I have but nine lives to give to my country."[31]
Great Uncle Ralph — The only mention of Great Uncle Ralph claims he was a warthog.[32]
Aunt Reba — Garfield reacts with her name when Jon revealed that his tennis racket was strung with catgut.[33]
Uncle Roy — Said to be weird, he underwent a species change operation that transformed him into a dog; He later chased himself to death.[34]
There are also two unnamed uncles and one great uncle. One uncle went to the vet once and had his brain replaced with that of a chicken. The rest of his life was spent sitting on eggs in grocery stores.[35] Another uncle used to play with yarn, and is now a pattern in an angora sweater.[36] The great uncle was a lion who ate a sick monkey.[37]
Cousin Sly - A mouser. Appeared in Garfield on the Town.
Raoul - Garfield's half-brother, a mouser.
He looks a bit like my daughter's cat, and an old friendly cat of my neighbours, called Dave!

hahaha...that is a good one Scher. He is James McAvoy...think I spelled that right. He is of the younger generation. Hey, in cyberspace, we can fawn over those as young guys well, can't we? I think he may only be in his late 20's. He was in "The Last King of Scotland" and "Becoming Jane"....two pretty decent films. He is quite a good actor. Another Scottish actor I always associated with McAvoy is Ewan McGregor. I just love those Scottish accents, too. I will have to come up with some good photos of Ewan soon or ask my friend, Haunted if she can, since she is a big McGregor fan.
Now I have always loved Joaquin Phoenix, but I could not understand that long beard deal on Letterman show or why he has retired from acting. Was the beard part of a comedy routine; does anyone know? At the Oscars, Ben Stiller, had a similar beard and acted goofy like him. I didn't get it at first, but then I saw the Letterman clip on Youtube and got the joke. So what is the latest on Joaquin? If he has dropped out of life, at least I have his old movies to watch. Yes, he is very 'smexy' indeed, Bakiryu

Sweet Irish roseNiamh, *Janine bows* I adore Irish accents!!! I didn't say that Scottish was better. Yes, you do indeed have some very 'knackery' accents. I love Ken Branagh, he is still my #1 celeb crush and he's from Ireland. I actually love the film he did with a lot of knackery accents - "The Shadow of a Gunman", I am just viewing it again (3rd or 4th time) on Youtube. I just read the O'Casey play as well and loved it; remember that you recommended it to me. I bought the book of plays - can't wait to read another - probably "The Plow and the Stars" will be next. The Billy plays were very Irish and I loved them; have you seen those - that stared a very very young KB. Of course, some of the characters, I could not fully understand, until I heard the actors say their lines a few times. I am sure you would probably not understand me at times either, with my 'states' accent and slang. ;)
With a son who is half Irish, of course I favor the Irish. I have Scottish blood in my family tree, so I am interested in both places. Hey, I just realised I did not wish you a Happy St. Patrick's Day...so I wish it now. Hope it was a great time! I was on the thread last night, went to get an ecard, and forgot (duh) to get back with my greeting. If it is not too late tonight, I may make it back to post something fun.

yes, that accent, I die for a Scottish accent. it's James McAvoy, scher. and he does look boyish, (or we are just getting old :p)and he's a little odd looking, and Idril pointed out to me that he's a mere 5' 7"; but he claims you through pure force of personality; nothing like David Tennant, but something like him in that aspect.
oops, I somehow missed this entire page...just commenting on Janine's mention of Ewan Macgregor.....5 capital MMMMM's. :p

I forgot to mention that i love your celt cross!I guess being surrounded with the Irish accent is the reason you don't think very highly of it. Otherwise, I think it is great, I think. I have an Irish friend who can "reduce" her accent when she chooses to but I always make her speak with the proper accent.
Just for the record, I did not say Irish accent was better than the Scotish but simply that I liked Irish one better.

Hey, Niamh and Riesa, I beat both of you. He and you would definitely be tall to me. I am only 5ft....I may have even shrunk a little by my age...eek. I think McAvoy will have that boyish look for some time. I don't know how old he is; anyone know? Yeah, if you find out about that Letterman deal, let me know - it was just so weird.
Niamh, thanks for the compliment on the Celtic cross. Did you see my profile page? I did it all green and Celtic for St.Patrick's Day. It was fun changing it. I will keep it a bit longer since I love the greens, but then I will change it to a more spring-like theme. I meant to tell you that I noticed right away your change in avy and I liked it. I will have to check out your profile page - maybe some changes there as well? Sorry I missed the Irish party the other night. I am sure it was fun. I think all the beer was gone by the time I got there to peak in. Virgil had written me a short note that it was in progress and send me the link to the thread, but I did not get it till later that night since I was out.
It is funny about all those accents. Of course, there are different ones in the US as well. I can imagine Ireland beating England on accents though. Even in that one set of TV plays - "The Billy Plays" all the characters had different sounding accents. It could get a bit confusing at times. The uncle had the heaviest one and the kids sometimes were hard to understand but I really enjoyed listening to them. Their accents were charming to me. I guess Branagh had no problem going back to his native accent. He motified that to a great extend when he was about 9 and his family moved to England. That is probably why you forget he is Irish.
Good, I will read the O'Casey you recommend. I read a short synopsis on that particular one and it did sound like it would interest me.
Riesa, you said it - definitely 5 capital MMMMM's for Ewan!!! He is just so cute and his acting is always superb.

I agree. I have always liked him. He was incredible in "Chaplin" and he is making such a fine come-back lately in several films. I can't wait to see him in the new Sherlock Holmes film. I heard he was great in "Ironman". I haven't seen that one yet. I loved him in a romantic comedy with Marissa Tomei - I can't recall the name of that movie presently, but it was a really cute film. He was so appealing in it.

 I'd start with Becoming Jane, which was the first one I watched with him. (besides The Chronicles of Narnia, but as goat-men go, Tumnes is definitely not one of your more smexy versions. I love that word.) I had very low expectations with that movie, but Anne Hathaway surprised me.

I've always had crushes on Omar Sharif and Kenneth Branagh. Sharif was just unbelievably gorgeous and romantic in "Doctor Zhivago" and Branagh can do anything.
Me too; years ago it was Omar Sharif; of course, I fall in love again if seeing his "Dr.Z" or "Funny Girl"; back then it was also Richard Chamberlain, not only as Dr. Kildare, but then when he did the miniseries "Shogun", topped it off with "The Thornbirds". It was Alan Bates too. I loved him in "Georgy Girl".
Of course, for sometime now my big crush has been Kenneth Branagh; if not just for the reasons you mentioned, MissScarlett, but also because I thought him very appealing and gorgeous throughout his career, especially "Frankenstein", "Dead Again" and "Much Ado About Nothing" and of course, his "Hamlet", AND I adore his accent and voice. I am dying to see his new BBC TV Crime series "Wallander"; even though they make him look beat and depressed in the show; his performance is amazing. Already, he has won awards for it. The man is a genius!
Lately, I have been drooling over Rufus Sewell. I must see all his films eventually. He is usually great at dark brooding dramas, but lately he has done a comedy for the 'BBS Shakespeare Revisited' series; which is totally hilarious and charming, "Taming of the Shrew". You can catch the segments on Youtube. I must watch it again; I laughed and laughed and loved it.
I also love Ewan McGregor (his earlier films mostly); I just saw "Middlemarch" and "Far From the Madding Crowd" and think Colin Firth's younger brother, Jonathan was gorgeous in those. I love Joseph Fiennes, too, Niamh...films such as "Shakespeare in Love" and "Luther"; and I have an audio recording of him playing "Romeo"....very nice voice and adorable looks. I also like Ciaran Hinds and Steven Machintosh. Ciaran's great in the A&E version of "The Mayor of Casterbridge"; Steven Machintosh is soo cute and appealing in "The Land Girls", a film I love. I also love the guy who played in the film "Room with a View"....blond, I can't think of his name now. He was beautiful to look at.
Have I bored you all thoroughly by now? Just an old lady's fantasy ravings....
Edit: oh gosh, I forgot to add Hugh Grant, too. He was adorable in "Sense and Sensibility"; I also found Alan Richman totally appealing in that film.

Or is it Don Johnson, Ewan McGregor, Neil Haskell.
It was love on first sight with Ewan. The movie is The Serpent's Kiss. It's a literary film set in the 1700s that examines in great length the themes of man vs. nature and reason vs. insanity........ok, it's the best chick flick ever, I just don't want to people to think I'm so shallow
Don just blew me away during an interview. He was at the top of his game with Miami Vice and the interviewer asked him how it feels. He said: it's lonely at the top. In the middle. And at the bottom. *gasp*
Last but not least, Neil Haskell.....WHO??? He's a 20 yr old dancer on So You Think You Can Dance Season 3. He didn't win but who cares, he took first place in my little heart (there's a picture of it on my page)

Hi Janine. We really do have the same tastes in men. Apart from our adoration of Ken, I love most of those others you've mentioned. Haunted you need to join the Ken group :).
Rufus is wonderful in Middlemarch.

but so is Douglas Hodge
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFS6Ik4wCG4&feature=related
a long clip, but just to show those who don't know this actor. What a shame, the poor character starts with such good intentions and ambitions, but.......
If you've seen Rufus in TTOTS Janine, have you seen Damian Lewis in Much Ado About Nothing, part of the same series? It's wonderful, and he is so brilliant in it, funny, and very sexy.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yd3hcfOCnw&feature=related
Alan Rickman is a favourite of mine too, particularly in Truly, Madly Deeply, but get the hankies out.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aj1BlyOcmBs&feature=related
And finally, someone else who loves Steven Mackintosh. He's just stunning in Our Mutual Friend, so touching and vulnerable. Catch that if you haven't already seen it, he's wonderful, but so are the rest of the cast. David Morrissey is in it too, so you can't go wrong. He's just brilliant, intense and compelling.

Wessexgirl, I watched a lot of clips from Janine and I'm afraid I don't quite belong in the Ken group...he's much too classy for me. I'm more for the rough around the edges type — that is, without getting their hair messed up. Don Johnson fits the bill. Model gorgeous smart ***. And Ewan McGregor, a sweetheart who's not afraid to get dirty. Those are more like my guys :)

wessexgirl, I looked at all of you clips (thanks so much!) and now I am going to hunt for some of the films on Amazon. I want to see the miniseries with Steven Machintosh - he's a honey and adorable, isn't he? If you did not see "Land Girls" see it; he is endearing in that film; funny as well. It will make you laugh and cry. I will have to find some clips on Youtube. I also loved him as Diggory Den (the Reddleman),"Return of the Native"; I just re-watched that the other night, just to see cute Steven; Clive Owen is not so bad to look at either. Love his voice. At first, I was not crazy over the guy who played Clym, but then he grew on me with time. I will hunt for a trailer or excerpts. I loved the Alan Rickman film and will look that one up, as well. I would like to buy it. His acting was wonderful and so nuanced. I loved that scene you sent to me with the poetry. Now I am curious.
Going now to check the Ken social club to see if anyone posted. We might need to start a 'British Actors' club as well, so we can drool over these cute guys, too.
Edit: YIKES! just looked up the Richman film - pricy! I don't think I can afford that one for a long while. Guess I will have to view it on Youtube. I am contemplating buying the Dicken's set that includes the one film with Steven cutie-pie; but then again, I may just spring for the one single film and get others I want instead.

Timothy Dalton, of course!

Hi Janine. I think I may have seen some of Land Girls, but I don't remember seeing it all. I couldn't remember SM being in it, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, Anna Friel was in it too, who stars with him in Our Mutual Friend. They obviously work well together, as you'll see when you watch OMF, it's absolutely stunning, but then all the cast were excellent. The clip with the lovely David Morrissey in the graveyard cuts off too soon, he goes completely barmy, he's so intense. I've never seen him give a bad performance, he's wonderful.
You may have trouble finding a copy of Truly, Madly, Deeply. I have mine on VHS, and thought I might need to get a dvd, but it doesn't look as if it's easily available. I haven't watched it in years, but I always cry when I see it. I don't know if you know the synopsis, but I won't spoil it for you. AR is excellent as usual, but so are the other 2 main characters, Juliet Stevenson and Michael Maloney, who you already know from his films with Ken. He's another favourite of mine, so to have a film with both him and AR in is just perfect.
I felt the same about Ray Stevenson in The Return of the Native, but then I saw him in Rome and he was brilliant, here's a clip where he's a lover rather than a fighter. Wouldn't you just want him on your side in a battle? :D
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxJKa6ygO6U&feature=related
I love that series too, and it needs a re-watching, like all the many dvds I've promised myself to watch over the holidays, but haven't :(. I don't know what to watch first, and then I waste time deciding and the moments gone. I've been watching an old version of Persuasion from the 70's or 80's but it's not up to much after you've seen the Ciaran Hinds/Amanda Root version. The leads don't appear to have any chemistry or history between them at all. So much was conveyed unspoken in the later version showing what excellent actors they are. I may have to abandon it and give my precious time to another of the brilliant adaptations I've got.
Ooh, how could I have forgotten? James Purefoy in Rome too as Mark Anthony........I really need to watch this series again, :thumbs_up

Indeed, that does not look too hopeful. I love Juliet Stevenson; I just bought a series of Ibsen plays and she is featured in "A Doll's House". She is the best Nora I have ever seen, not that I have seen many productions. She was so totally convincing I was mesmerized with her performance - really fine and wonderful. If you have not seen it try to. The whole Ibsen set is incredible and offers so much. The BBC does it again! Yes, know Michael Maloney well by now; he's in so many of Ken's films.:D He is top-notch. I loved him as Laertes and also as The Dauphane in "Henry V".
I felt the same about Ray Stevenson in The Return of the Native, but then I saw him in Rome and he was brilliant, here's a clip where he's a lover rather than a fighter. Wouldn't you just want him on your side in a battle? :D I actually saw him in a Ken film "Theory of Flight" and he plays a giggilo. He shows a bit more than we would want to see in the film, but actually the scene is quite well done (sort of funny, too); he goes fleeing out of the room carrying his clothes. Ever see it? I didn't even recognise him first time around and then it dawned on me where I had seen him before. I think he would make a good James Bond. He is sort of unapproachable and yet smooth/sexy in TOF.

He's not Scottish Janine, (I don't think so anyway), but I know he was as the character in TMOC, but he's absolutely superb as Anthony. If you haven't seen Rome, I urge you to watch it. It's very violent and sexually explicit, but it's wonderful. The acting is excellent, and there is a rich vein of dark humour throughout, a lot of it from Anthony. JP's performance is exquisite. The character is brutal, dissolute, hedonistic, selfish, etc. but he's also loyal to Caesar, (Ciaran Hinds), loved by his men, inspiring loyalty from Pullo, (Ray Stevenson) and funny, making him one of the favourite characters, for me anyway. I suppose it's a gift of a part for any actor, but JP does it brilliantly. Here he is as Beau Brummell, and I just read on Wiki (so it's probably not true!) that he may be making an adaptation of the Flashman novels woohhoooo!!!

Lily you never fail to make me laugh...so I go for 'em when they're kinda dead?:lol::lol:....I think Frost is very dead by now; 6 foot under and probably a bit chilly, frosty to the touch. He did have very nice eyes - pretty eyes. I like his poetry, too.

Hi wessexgirl, sorry it took so long to answer this post of yours. You are right and I stand corrected about James Purfoy. I just assumed he was Scottish, since he played a Scotsman in TMOC; now I am even more impressed, since his accent seemed so authentic and totally convincing.
I am not big into the genre of Ancient Rome movies or books, but I will have to check out that movie, if you say he is great in it. I do indeed appreciate his talent. I do watch violence sometimes, not to say I like it very much, but anyway it can hardly be avoided in some very fine films of today, can it? It does seem that as soon as someone mentions to me a Roman type film, I automatically think 'violence' because usually that is the case. But to see this film, with all three greats, would be amazing. I watched some clips on youtube and it looks terrific. Thanks for the Youtube link you provided.
Guess what, I am watching the movie now; well later tonight I will start on part 2 of side one. I just bought it from Amazon and received it a few days ago. So far so good. Steven is so cute looking and all you said he would be - touching and vulnerable. He is sensitive and delicate. I really love his voice, too. I may have a few questions about the story. I am not familar with this particular Dicken's novel and find a few things a bit confusing; maybe a second viewing will be necessary. I like all the characters so far. It's really dark at times, isn't it?

NO! NO! NO! I swear that when I saw this just now I said out loud to the computer, "Oh my God! No!". And then I laughed. This guy freaks my brother out (long story). I honestly can't wait to tell him about this! :p
But if Lily Adams can say that Lewis Powell wasn't too bad to look at, then I can say that neither was John Wilkes Booth! I know he was nuts, but he wasn't a bad-looking guy. It is such a shame to waste himself like that. But crazy is crazy! Anyway, speaking of crazy, if I am crazy for this opinion, then she is, too! :p
http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd52/110678/jwbooth.jpg
And as long as we are talking about dead Civil War guys (as my brother calls them when he refers to my finding any of them attractive), I am going to say it - Robert E. Lee. Doesn't matter what age he is either. I like the look of him. :D

Charlize Theron is amazing. She is one of my favorite actresses and she's incredibly beautiful and talented and she is versatile. I don't know about the guy with all the hair....Alan Moore...I never heard of him; who is he? I don't see unencumbered sexuality...he is rather frightful to me! I love Audrey Hepburn - is she pure grace and style or what? Neil Haskell is way cuter than that photo. JuniperWoolf, you seem to dig up the worst photos of people; where do you find these? I have seen Neil dance and he is pretty cute and he's incredibly talented....this photo is not one of his usual ones...anyway, he is just exercising and doing a difficult ballet move. We should all hope to be this fit. John Corbett has always made my heart beat a little faster; loved him in NE and also in a few other films. He was great in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"...that was a fun movie.

You are absolutely right! I have never seen the resemblance until you pointed it out but he would've been perfect. A little old, maybe, considering they were supposed to be in the academy but he was older than the rest of them anyway, wasn't he? Already married and divorced, maybe it could've worked.

Karl Urban did a much better job than I thought he would. When that casting was announced I couldn't imagine what they were thinking but I have to say, he was a much better Bones than I thought he would be. Maybe they thought Gary was too old? I know Bones is older than the others but maybe they thought the gap would be too large?

yeah, maybe. hehe, I must admit, I haven't even watched the movie yet. I'm only nitpicking because it annoys me when they get little things wrong, like eye colour (cf. Kirk in the movie) etc. and don't even bother to fix them by giving the actors contact lenses.

Oh, I know, it really is ridiculous that they don't try to fix something that is so easy to fix. The movie was pretty good though and that is coming from a rabid Classic Trek fan. It kind of grew on me, as the movie went on I got more comfortable with those actors in the roles and started to really enjoy it. There were some plot points I struggled with but over all, I think it was a worthwhile 'prequel'. None of them hold a candle to the original actors but I can deal with it because it's not as if they are replacing them, only filling out their back story.

My thoughts precisely when I first heard of their music. (upon a litnetter, rimbaud's recommendation :D) I read in an interview that they were heavily influenced by a British rock such as The Libertines, The Clash..etc. And the name BB brunes was from Brown Boulevard in Paris, the place where they used to rehearse.

Niamh, :drool5: I have that exact Shakespeare set; this is how I first discovered Damian as Benedick....now I am trying to collect any and all of his movies. He was wonderful in "Band of Brothers" playing the heroic figure, Major Winters. I liked it so much, I saw it three times and it's a war film...but it's so much more than that. Actually because of him I loved it! He is also great in "Life" - the TV series. I don't know why they canceled it after two seasons. Everyone loved it. I just ordered from Amazon UK "The Baker"....this looks to be hysterical. His brother Garrett directed it, wrote the screenplay, too. Can't wait to see it. You have good taste in men, too.

Speaking of Fiennes, I always find it hard to watch a Ralph Fiennes film without thinking of that monster he played in Schindler's List, his performance was just too powerful.
Gee, that is exacly how I feel about Ralph, as well. I also saw him in a few other films, where I thought his roles seemed a bit absurd or too harsh. It rather spoiled it for me seeing his powerful performances. He's a good actor, but I much prefer his brother. He seems softer and more sensitive and I think he's totally adorable.
Oh heck, Janine, we're just looking...I usually am into blondes and brunettes; but I might make an exception for him.
Actually, though, if he wanted a date and you were single; you wouldn't hold his age against him would you.
soundofmusic....I favor blonds or light brown hair, but Damien Lewis has quite won me over. I think the color of his hair is very attractive. He's a fine actor in his roles of "Band of Brothers" (the thoughtful hero role), TV show "Life" (watch it and you will fall in love with him as Charlie), "Keane" (in which he is totally amazing), and "The Baker" (that one will give you a few chuckles. And it's not so much his physical features but his total quirkiness that really turns me on. He is very nice but very devilish at times.
If I was without children and had never been married and was fully vibrant with good health, definitely the age gap would not stop me. I think young myself. Damian is around 39 I believe. However, he is taken - wife/actress Helen McCrory (who also appeared in "Life); with 2 kids.

I never saw Shindlers List...it's hard to watch something when you still know people who have experienced it.
Ralph is a bit too intense; it's almost painful to watch him...yes, a pleasurable pain, I think...I like him in the Harry Potter movies...
I like adorable; but I always want to mother adorable people. It's too confusing!

I usually develop a crush on whoever is in what I'm interested in. Some of my interests fizzle out--and my interest in the people fizzles with it. However, "V"--the original series--has been a long time interest with me.
What is strange with me, is that while I seem to be heterosexual in regular life--when I have celebrity crushes, I have them with men and women. In fact, I usually always have a pair with each interest...and eventually, I'll develop a crush on the whole cast if it goes on long enough.
At the moment, I have crush on Charles (played by Duncan Regehr, who is probably more famous for playing Zorro) and Diana (played by Jane Badler, who I always thought was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen). I didn't really like the weekly TV series (the old one), but I was sorry they killed off Charles.
While Charles and Diana are my main crushes--I have extended my fantasies to include Martin/Phillip, Pamela, John, Steven, and Lydia.

I think calling SJP a horse is a bit harsh, but Sex and the City is the worse thing ever to be shown on TV.
I am not really a feminist; but sex and the city was an embarrassment to all women...well, that's my opinion. However, I admire SJP for working so hard with what little she has. I really thought Kim Catrell was sexy in Mannequin.

I really like the way the characters play off each other in the old V series. They are basically B actors; but really impressive when you put them together. The make up artists did a superb job; making them all look really hot.
I liked the way they always had Donovan in those stretch tight jeans so that the ladies always got a bit of hip and well...
Charles was really hot and I loved how they showed the girl being placed in his coffin and sent into space.
I do think the new series is coming along nicely, too. They give Anna a certain exotic look and feel...I love the pool scenes.

"It's just another manic Monday - Whoa - oh"
Hahaha, I wouldn't have pegged Bien as a Bangles fan.
Why not?

For sure, Bien is a multi-faceted fellow who has only allowed us a glimpse of himself....
Ah, but I am still wondering about the whole Orphan Pip; what lies beneath the wit, the charm and brilliance....

Such an incredible cutey. He was hilariously awkward on Arrested Development and equally brilliant in Juno.

Haha, Michael Cera isn't much of a looker, but he's adorable for some reason. His last few mainstream films weren't very good, I didn't see the independent film he wrote with his girlfriend, but I heard that one was good.

Well his utter cuteness makes up for all of it. Besides, he's a looker to me :brow:
