duct tape is a very strong tape..... with enough duct tape and wd-40, you can fix just about anything...
Bongity: i've actually seen him wear it... and its not sticky or anything... he saw to that... he said that the only thing that is really uncomfortable about it is how hot it is.
simon
01-25-2005, 01:41 AM
I bet it's water repelent too.
Yeah the toilet is cracked and falling over so it's ducktaped together and then the little lever thing inside the tank that is surrounded by water, that's ducktaped too. So it had better be some sort of water resistant.

Yeah you'd probably get uncomfortably hot in a duct tape outfit.

another weary night of restless minesweeper and solitary solitare cards are going to be the death of civilization if we don't stack and shuffle and play them right, this whole thing might just fall through if i don't go to bed soon, because i have to think clearly for tomorrow the tests of the aniquity are going to definately prey on the instinctive failure that comes with every waking moment, every surreal reflection painted upon the unhappy faces of the common pedestrians

LeaVING THE MARK:
Where is the love?
Do we need to feel?
\ why bother...
Is caring enough?
Peace and love don't bring food...
where is the love that matters?
Do my wishes change the world, or must I act?
Say no more........let me act....
Reggae beat drums the truth to my brain...
Inaction and love do not drain,
the needs of my brothers easily explained.
Wishing and hoping mass media drain,
ignore the truth
no one will really explain
there is no plus in helping the helpless
but my soul aches along with my brothers and sisters
too poor but to ache and care......
Mark me....spark me.....oh baby please......the coat is fantastic....the sight is freer than any could imagine the life to be simple and live......but its not such a mystery to me the book i've seen that explains it all to me......its complicated yet simple the truth i SEEM TO SEE.........no....no....no......you....don't ........love me, yes I know now........cause you left me baby ........and I've got no place to go now.......and yet the blue jacket is remarkabvle in its fantasy-shine I cannot bare to understand.....the truth of the cold I feel.....

can one focus any unfocused thoughts? is intelligence merely intellectual organization, or is there something more primal, more deep seated?
Where does creativity start and end? can one have original thoughts? What happends when everyone around you is only repeating your own thoughts pakc to you? Do they have villains in utopias?
what can a question ever answer? is language a sufficient form of thought, or are we wasting our breathless words?
Perhaps the ultimate proof that no one is dreaming is suicide... if you wake up after you put a bullet or two in your head i guess you'll know you weren't dreaming, now won't you?
What do the icebreakers all have in common?
Do those who have an intimate responsibility towards others have a different outlook on life? Do they have several perceptory glances at the meaning of it all? Perhaps they couldn't even percieve the needed things, the required attributes, the necessary indicators.
could society exist without outcasts?
Why is it that when literature seems to die out, society seems about to crumble? Is this a theme throughout history or merely in roman, greek and other ancient times? Is it a cause, an effect, or a self-perpetuating cycle of the nonsense which comes out of our education systems? Is it merely another overanalyzed overfunded undercritisized research institution in which normal thoughts are rejected as a matter of course simply because if there wasn't something new, they couldn't very well call it research, now could they?

So.....if the monkeys are frozen, but the cellar is decomposing.......is there an odour? And if an odour exists, is it the smell of a frozen monkey, which I assumed would emit little odour other than the smell given off by a piece of ice, of does one detect the odour of a decaying cellar......and what the heck would a cellar in the throes of decay smell like? what is the cellar made from?.....does it have a dirt floor?.....a decaying, rotten wood floor?.......a fungus covered concrete floor?......does the cellar therefore smell like decaying ice...?

A repressed thought, a undiscovered feeling, the notion that there is greater risk than could ever be imagined... what is this idea? waht is this feeling? Why is everything so muddled just before it becomes painfully clear?
To do or not to do, to take the initiative or not to take the initiative, do i let things slide along, peacefully, or do i gamble? do i risk it all? What have I to loose? What have I to gain? The constant weighing of alternatives and steady-flowing ideals that guide the way we act.

We're wrecking our brains, and I don't get it

Mind your own business and leave mine alone
Take a look in the real world for a sec

It makes you the luckiest bastard on the earth
In the prejudiced mind you narrow yourself in
I am the servant while you're the king
Tomorrow is a better day to be
You're better off dead than ******* with me
What if there ain't no tomorrow?
Well let me tell you, there wasn't one today
Hey! Would you love me to death, to where noone has gone?

skin purrs? i didn't not know that... my cat purrs... everytime i touch her, she purrs to much and sleeps on my side, my other cat crawls under the covers so in the middle of the night i feel something furry at my feet, when I'm half asleep it freaks m out and i grab her before she can run off... she purrs too, they all purr.

Just commenting on something earlier on...
Not really, waxme... it's usually just a feeling...it can be right or wrong...
Maybe from the screen name ...i dont know why it sounds male to me, maybe because i can't really understand it and i tend to relate 'strange' screen names to male people, and more 'concrete' ones to girls....(but it makes no sense, it's just me and then look at my name lol) .... and things like this metaphor of marks, made me think of a male imagination... well that's the fun of it, get the worng guess about a person
Very true, though, for all I know so far, I've (er -- almost!) always been right about if a person is male or female. Intuition. *Looks very proud* Lol. Though it can get confusing...like, my friends, or the ones who have siblings, like pretending to be their (opposite sex) siblings to confuse me. It seems to have started a trend...*muses*
Anyway, I guess I may as well leave my mark, while I'm at it. What do you guys say? ;)

imthefoolonthehill
02-25-2005, 02:18 AM
are we destined to remain muddles despite the singular moments of clarity that define our lives? are we meant to sit here forever pondering until we give up interest and become adults? Are we simply going to keep on searching until the search becomes more of a purpose than the destination? Who said the journey was just as important as the destination? How can this be so if you wouldn't be journeying unless there was a destination to go to? This is ridiculous, i don't know how any of this could ever stand up to the test of logic, or the test of pi. because we all know it goes forever and ever and we can only imagine the endless possibilites of this particular way of thinking if we can't every decide how round something is if we think that the number for graduation ceremonies doesn't ever change when you have to have a pre meeting for a meeting to occur haven't you created a self perpetuating cycle of redundancy and a self perpetuating cycle of incompetant desperation? Could anything ever be achieved if we continue along the same train-tracks our for-fathers have laid down for us? Could we find our way without those steady reminders that our lives can go somewhere? Would we be lost without milemarkers? Would we never find our way if we lost our sense of perspective?
