Somebody had an interesting holiday! Great!

Iīve been having influensa for three weeks now. And Iīm not complaining. Not at all. Not me. No. Well , perhaps some. But I donīt like to go to the doctor... I might reconsider now.

*Mark*

Jay
01-03-2004, 08:11 PM
For three weeks? Poor you. I'd gladly share the hot chocolate with you, sat you in a comfy rocking chair near the fireplace in the cottage, cover you with a pretty warm comforter and would let you rest for several days... if you wouldn't get better, I'd go to the doctor's with you.

Hope you get well soon.

Isagel
01-03-2004, 08:48 PM
My fiance already threatend to pull me to the doctor by the hair if necessary.Your way sounds alot nicer.

Actually Iīm trying one last way of getting rid off it. Vodka. My russian friend swears by it. At least being sick gets more fun this way.

Jay
01-03-2004, 09:10 PM
Grrr at your fiance, that's a way to get the lady to see the doctor? Men... ;) Where's some romantic idea when you need one... does he read?

Vodka? Tasteless thing. Try whiskey :p instead. Still, drinking when ill's not a very good idea in my opinion.

Isagel
01-03-2004, 09:18 PM
You know - what doesnīt kill makes you stronger.
He reads. And writes. He tried asking nicely. I think I said Grrr.
Vodka actually tastes better the more you drink.

Whiskey is to good. Might end bad.

(donīt worry. Iīm not drinking as much as it sounds)

Jay
01-04-2004, 09:29 AM
lol, ok then. Would asking you nicelly help to get you to the doctor's? Would you please reconsider that?

Ok, Az is playing the violin, Faye's singing... and I... ok, I'll play the drums, gonna go neetly along ;). Anyone wants to join our new band? Maybe a bass guitar somewhere? And keyboard? Hmmm... anyone else thinks this could be fun? :p :D

fayefaye

I play piano! I can do keyboard too, if you like. (though I definately prefer piano to keyboard)

Jay
01-18-2004, 11:47 PM
lol, ok, so you can have your piano and sing if you'd like to :D. You might be asked to do keyboard, depends on what other instruments we're gonna get, and then pick a genre ;). I'm definitelly crazy :D.

fayefaye
01-19-2004, 12:11 AM
I like classical. I can't play jazz because I don't have the sense of rhythm to play it all in time. I mangle the rhythm and it ends up terrible. Maybe we should form a rock band? :) then I don't even have to pretend to be able to sing. :)

Jay
01-19-2004, 07:39 AM
LOL, would sooo agree with rock band. And a big nono to jazz, haven't developed a liking in it. Hey, and for the rhythm, there always is the drummer :D !!!
And some rock singers CAN sing :D. Some definitelly can :p.

verybaddmom
04-20-2004, 12:21 AM
okay, so are they different from the flat universe society??
and how so?
i was invited to a meeting of the flat universe society, by a group of faculty members. it was sort of strange, but they say that there is actually a theory of the universe that says its flat, so to speak. the problem is that i am so "physics-lly" challenged that they could be explaining the scientific reason that peanut butter is sticky and i would just sit there nodding my head and making exlamations of interest and impressed-ness.
and are they called that so they can say they are the fu society?? hmmm.....
maybe i will go....

Dear MARK,
It has come to my attention that the name MARK has been used rather frequently. As we have not asked permission to use the name MARK so often, consider this a proposal for our MARKING fervour. I declare that you, MARK, surrender your name, MARK, in the hopes that we can continue to MARK this forum with your most lovely name of MARK. But to be honest there is really nothing you can do about our MARKING.
So thanks for the name MARK MARK and have a good summer.
