This story is told by Darell Standing, a prisoner in San Quentin. He is accused of hiding dynamite and placed in solitary confinement, convicted to death because of hitting a warden. In the cell he meets Ed Morell and Jack Openheimer, fellow prisoners. Ed teaches him to travel to past lives, which helps him to outlast the torture of the savage warden...--Submitted by United
