Eg, I can say for myself:
It is a good thing I am here because I make the Forum even more multicultural.
It is not such a good thing that I am here because I know the Forum Rules pretty much by heart!

The good part is that the person above offers me insightful posts to enjoy, and it also happens to be a not-so-good part as one wouldn't like the idea of having missed such interesting posts during one's absence.
