I got a new cell phone today! Woohoo!

I seem to be investing in a lot of "new" things lately. So, of course, the question is: why on Earth did I need a new cell phone?

Well, you know, it's all in the little things. I could handle it that my screen occasionally would get so dark that I couldn't see anything on it...it was bearable because all I had to do was smack the phone against the nearest wall and BING! the screen would light up bright as day again. It was a little annoying that in the middle of a long text if I recieved a phone call or other text that what I was typing would simply disappear. What really got me, though, was that the phone had started to take on a mind of its own and decide for itself when it wanted to be on or off. I would put it to charge at night and it would just shut down with a little song as if it was saying "Oh, you're going to sleep, me too. YAWN! Goodnight!" Seeing as I don't have a home phone, that is a problem in case anyone wants to call me at night or in the morning. The phone wouldn't turn on when I played with it, but after some time of fiddling and then giving up and going to sleep, I would be awakened by the phones "powering up" song, as if it were now saying "AHHH! What a nice nap! Why are you still sleeping, sleepyhead! I can take calls now!"

So annoying.

So, yeah, I got a new phone today, one of those cool new "Fusic" phones from Sprint so I can download music from my computer onto the phone and listen to it when I'm bored. I love music, so the Fusic seems right for me. The only trick is I have to let it sit for a couple of hours and not use it (something about having to let it program itself or some such sillyness), while my old phone is off...so I'm temporarily cut off to my close friends but still able to get online and blog to a Literature community of people who I am only aquainted with online...

Gotta love technology.

Anyways, that was all. I was simply phone-less and felt like bragging about my new phone
