Lloyd Webber Show Pushes Back Opening

Broadway will have to wait until spring 2006 to see "The Woman in White," the new Andrew Lloyd Webber musical currently on view in London.

The musical, based on Wilkie Collins' spooky Victorian thriller, was originally set to arrive Nov. 10 at the Minskoff Theatre. No reason was given for the postponement, but the show will now start its journey to New York in Chicago at the LaSalle Bank Theatre (formerly the Shubert), Nov. 15-Jan. 8, 2006.

A new opening date in New York, a theater and casting will be announced later.
