The University of Rhode Island issued the following news release:
Ed Folsom, co-editor of the online Walt Whitman Archive, will speak April 8, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Galanti Lounge at the University of Rhode Island library, as part of the New Leaves Presents lecture series.
Folsom, a Carver Scholar and English professor at the University of Iowa, has written and edited several books about Walt Whitman, including Walt Whitman: The Measure of His Song; Walt Whitman's Native Representations; Walt Whitman and the World; and Whitman East and West, as well as the journal, Walt Whitman ...
